Norwex originated in Norway in 1994.
The product line was originally developed for the commercial
cleaning industry. In Europe, microfiber products are
commonly used in homes, hospitals, schools, hotels and various commercial applications.

Popularity grew quickly and the Home Party market was opened in 1995.
While traveling in Norway two dynamic women from Dauphin, Manitoba were introduced to
the product line. They saw the potential for microfiber in North America and in true
entrepreneurial fashion set forth on their mission. Head Office remains in Dauphin, Manitoba and
products have been distributed throughout North America since 1999.

The Norwex product line expanded to include environmentally gentle personal care items.

Norwex products are sold in various countries throughout the world offering environmental friendly
cleaning alternatives as well as career opportunities.

The company plans to expand to new countries and offers franchise opportunities.
Since starting in Norway in 1994 the Norwex business expanding to Canada and the United States in the fall of 2005.
Initially specializing in microfiber products, Norwex has since expanded the product line to include personal care
